Questions, answered plainly.
The things neighbors ask us most about Nonprofit Square and the nonprofits on it.
What is Nonprofit Square?
Nonprofit Square is a QmeLocal community for nonprofits. It gathers causes, events, volunteer calls and updates from verified nonprofits in one place.
Does it cost anything?
No. Browsing Nonprofit Square and joining as a neighbor, volunteer or donor are free.
Does Nonprofit Square decide who gets help?
No. Each nonprofit runs its own programs and decides who it serves. Nonprofit Square helps you understand a cause and reach its team.
How do I find causes where I live?
Pick your state, county and city on the home page. Nonprofit Square then shows the nonprofits, events and volunteer chances in that area.
I run a nonprofit. Can we join?
Yes. Nonprofits can get their own nonprofit portal to publish news, events and volunteer calls and to receive sign-ups. Contact us to start.
Is my information shared?
Only with the nonprofit you contact, and only to answer you. Please do not share personal or financial details in public posts or chat.
Still have a question?
Send it over and someone on the Nonprofit Square team will answer.
